Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the terms stated below.
These statements can change with artist's discretion prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

Please provide me references of your character (OC, aesthetical reference, attire, background, etc).If without visual reference, please provide me a concise description with a color palette.Rude behavior will not be tolerated.If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

II. PAYMENT

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD.

III. PROCESS

Depending on the style commissioned, commissioner will receive up to two WIP sketches.++ Sketch Phase ++
++ Line Phase ++For FFXIV tattoo mods, you will be given the sketch and line not in mod form, but in screenshot form.
You MUST provide me with all information on what body mods your character is using.
Please keep in mind that only symmetrical tattoos can show up across all character models regardless of vanilla gear.

IV. YOU MATTER!

At each WIP phase, you are able to request changes to be made to the piece. Up to two major changes may be made after the line phase (different hairstyle, different shirt, etc) before additional charges apply.You may not request a refund after line phase, or the completion of your piece.It may take up to two-three months to complete the commission depending on complexity, health, and other irl obligations. Should I be unable to finish your piece, I will let you know and issue a full refund!If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

V. COPYRIGHT POLICY

As the artist, I reserve the right to use the copyrighted artwork on my social media, personal promotions, publications and display.The commissioner reserves their right to use the artwork for personal use, print, promote and otherwise with proper credit given to @ASPERii.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE

VI. REFUNDS

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.You may not cancel or demand a refund from the artist after the piece has been finished or after the line phase of colored commissions.In extremely special circumstances, a 50% refund may be negotiated after the aforementioned phase.Courtesy of @Yamio for ToS layout!
